Answer:	Use very very sparsely and make sure to rub it in completely and evenly, before it drys. Practice in a small area to get use to it. Never put more on thinking you didn't cover enough, cause you will become all white. Let it dry completely before applying make up. You will probably have to use a powder make up, like bare minerals or sheer cover. Liquid make up, will reactivate the product. Hope this helps. It really works pretty good once you get the hang of it. Keep trying, you'll get it. I did. 

Answer:	I don't know the percentage of retinol, but I can tell you that this is a gentle cream that leaves your skin very soft and smooth to the touch. It does not cause my skin to peel or feel tight like it would if it were high in retinol. I am over 65 and my skin is much thinner than it was in my younger years and I am more sensitive to the retinol. I also have used this same cream in the version that is not for sensitive skin and this one has a better result. If you are looking for a cream that leaves you skin feeling soft and silky, this is a great product.

I called and asked and my suspicion was verified by the actual manufacturer, the ROC company, that this is a fake or knockoff just as I suspected. Answer:	This works well for me. I am very fair and have thin under eye skin as well as dark puffy circles at times.I use it consistently when my eyes look more lined and stressed. It smooths the lines and diminishes the dark circles. I have been using it for about a year now.

Answer:	I put a date on all my facial products with a permanent marker to help insure I don't over use them. This product will last me for 8 to 9 weeks. It's so easy to overuse a product thinking that the more you coat the skin, the better the result. That just isn't true. A little goes a long way!

Answer:	No, it is not tinted. The lotion comes out of the container white and doesn't have a tint once applied to the skin.

Answer:	This is a great product, I've been using it for years as a night cream for my face and neck. I'm 50 and I often get people telling me that I don't look my age. I also recently purchased Advanced Clinical's Retinol Firming Cream on Amazon. This is a reasonably priced product that I feel has made my neck skin firmer in just 2 weeks. I use it on my chest as well. Loreal makes some good products for mature skin, which I have recommended to my mother who is 80 and has dry and itchy skin as well. The key is to be consistent and diligent about using the products day/night. Also recommend to use products that have SPF already in them so that you don't have to use sunscreen separately.

Answer:	This is how it is supposed to be. As long as it has a good expiration date (6+ months), then it's fresh. Most RoC products don't have a scent.
