I tried it about 2 hours prior to going to bed thinking I might have rubbed it in accidentally while sleeping on prior trials, and I was using iced water cloths trying to keep my eyes from burning. It is horrible.

Question:	How do I use the pump
Answer:	The Premium Total Eye Cream is packaged in an airless pump which uses a vacuum system instead of a tube/straw like most dispensers. Airless pumps help enhance the effectiveness and longevity of our formula by keeping air and other contaminants out.  For first use it is always recommended to cover up the opening where the product is dispensed with your finger and pump 10-15 times. This should release any excess air and trigger the product to pump properly. You can also turn the product upside down and find the small hole at the bottom of the bottle. Try inserting a paper clip into this hole to loosen the disc that pushes the product up, and pump 15-20 times. There is also a video tutorial on the listing page.

Answer:	I looked at the back of empty tube and cannot find a "percent" of any ingredients. I su you call or email Neutrogena. Sorry I don't know enough.

Answer:	I use original, thick Eucerin over this (especially in winter). Then during the day I use Neutrogena 35 SPF Moisturizer. It's hard to find, no idea why, so I sometimes use Eucerin Daily Moisturizer with 30 SPF. I never use retinol during the day. When I am out in the sun for a long time in the summer, I use Neutrogena 110 sunblock.

Answer:	Aside from having SPF 15, the anti-wrinkle day cream also has Retinol in it. Dermatologists now recommend using products containing Retinol AT NIGHT ONLY as Retinol makes the skin MORE sensitive to the sun.
