Answer:	I have not tried it yet, but I imagine if I put 1 drop of green chlorophyl (or green food color) in it, then that might balance out the red component in the orange color. you'd need blue to balance out the yellow component in orange and I can't think of a true natural blue liquid you could use. I may try the green if its too orange on my very pale skin.

Question:	Do you put this all over your face
Answer:	Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry if the Rosehip Oil is not working for you. A few customers mentioned they got a break out when they first started using the oil. This can be your skin getting used to the product. Or the skin clearing itself. Some of carried on using the oil and things have got better. However, this really depends on your skin. How many drops are you using? 2-3 drops is more than enough to start with. For your whole face and neck area. If you are using more than that you may be overloading your skin and it's getting clogged up. Also try applying the oil to damp skin. This can help it absorb better. You could stop using it for a few days to see if your skin clears up. And when you try it again, use a little less. Does that help? Question:	Does the oil smell like roses
Answer:	Hi Tiffany, sorry for the delay getting back to you on this. I wanted to be certain on a couple of things going on with our supplier before answering. Basically we've been sourcing from our current supplier for the past 4 years. They are a small, family run business, husband and wife with a handful of other employees most of whom have been with them for 10+ years. In past years they struggled to keep up with the demand for our products as well as serving all the customers they had before we came along! However, they grew with us and got more staff and machinery to help us stay in stock. We then got talking 2-3 years ago about getting the organic certification. All the ingredients they were (and still are) supplying for our range were sourced from certified organic suppliers. But they'd never applied for certification themselves. Being 100% organic is so important to us so we pressed them to consider moving to a bigger facility so we could have a dedicated section for organic products. After searching for a suitable property for over a year, and then spending the next 15 months buying it and refurbishing the team are finally ready to move in this week! As we're now in the busy season, they will start the certification process in mid January. Depending on the accredited agent, the whole process should take 10-12 weeks. So I'm hoping by late April they will have the USDA certification. As they bottle and package everything for us, we can then also use the USDA logo on our 100% organic products. We'll most likely have new labels and packaging ready for April or May, so you'll notice the green USDA symbol on all our labels from then! Answer:	Hi, thanks for your question and sorry for the delay in replying. We were indeed starting the certification process in May 2015. We even got to the stage of getting the redesigned labels approved with the USDA logo on them. However, before we got further down the track, we moved away from that supplier to our current one (better quality, more personal service). They're much smaller and this certification process is a bigger undertaking for them. Even though they've been sourcing and selling organic oils for over a decade (to people like us and direct to the consumer), they haven't gone through the certification process. In addition their facility is small and that creates problems for fencing off an "organic only" section. We've been pushing them on this for a while and they've been looking for new, larger premises for the past 2-3 months. This will allow us to have our own section dedicated to organic products, which can then be certified and monitored by the appropriate body. I also made a note it would take about 5-6 months from start to finish. So it's good to know 6 months is how long it'll take from someone who has gone through the process themselves! You can rest assured this is the biggest "must do" thing on our list. Our whole ethos and reason for being is based on using only organic products, so it is a priority. We were informed that whilst we cannot use the logo on our label without permission we can say the oil is certified organic. The process involves a little time (and money) so we delayed this until we had the resources to commit to it. However, I can assure you our rosehip oil is definitely certified organic. We totally stand behind our products and we want to be known as a completely organic brand, so we will only ever put the good stuff in our bottles! Answer:	yes that's what happens when you use it undiluted so i would reccomend diluting some so the pinking will go away if your skins is very irritated discontinue for a few days and start again diluting it some and you will get the same results just not as warm and the pink should not be an issue after diluting. hope this helps :)

Answer:	Rosehip is odorless! I use it as part of my skin regimen. You can mix it in with lotions for your skin. As far as an oil warmer I'm not sure what u mean? If you are referring to using it in a scentsy warmer I have heard u can use oils such as lavender by mixing it with coconut oil and melting it in your warmer this will give off a pleasant smell. Rosehip won't put off a smell if u want a rose scent u would have to get rose oil.

Answer:	I used it both ways. Carrier oils are nice because they make the more expensive oils last a little longer. Really, only a little bit is needed. When I mixed, I did them half and half. Question:	This product is making my skin break out, and I'm not sure why. Am I using it wrong
Answer:	Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry if the Rosehip Oil is not working for you. A few customers mentioned they got a break out when they first started using the oil. This can be your skin getting used to the product. Or the skin clearing itself. Some of carried on using the oil and things have got better. However, this really depends on your skin. How many drops are you using? 2-3 drops is more than enough to start with. For your whole face and neck area. If you are using more than that you may be overloading your skin and it's getting clogged up. Also try applying the oil to damp skin. This can help it absorb better. You could stop using it for a few days to see if your skin clears up. And when you try it again, use a little less. Does that help? Question:	Have you completed the organic certification process yet
Answer:	Hi Tiffany, sorry for the delay getting back to you on this. I wanted to be certain on a couple of things going on with our supplier before answering. Basically we've been sourcing from our current supplier for the past 4 years. They are a small, family run business, husband and wife with a handful of other employees most of whom have been with them for 10+ years. In past years they struggled to keep up with the demand for our products as well as serving all the customers they had before we came along! However, they grew with us and got more staff and machinery to help us stay in stock. We then got talking 2-3 years ago about getting the organic certification. All the ingredients they were (and still are) supplying for our range were sourced from certified organic suppliers. But they'd never applied for certification themselves. Being 100% organic is so important to us so we pressed them to consider moving to a bigger facility so we could have a dedicated section for organic products. After searching for a suitable property for over a year, and then spending the next 15 months buying it and refurbishing the team are finally ready to move in this week! As we're now in the busy season, they will start the certification process in mid January. Depending on the accredited agent, the whole process should take 10-12 weeks. So I'm hoping by late April they will have the USDA certification. As they bottle and package everything for us, we can then also use the USDA logo on our 100% organic products. We'll most likely have new labels and packaging ready for April or May, so you'll notice the green USDA symbol on all our labels from then! Sorry for the long answer, but I wanted you and any other customers reading this to understand we have been pushing for this for a long time (and it's finally coming together!). I hope that helps? Question:	May 2015 teddie organics said they were going through certification process.i've gone through it. it took maybe 6 months. is it or isn't it
Answer:	Hi, thanks for your question and sorry for the delay in replying. We were indeed starting the certification process in May 2015. We even got to the stage of getting the redesigned labels approved with the USDA logo on them. However, before we got further down the track, we moved away from that supplier to our current one (better quality, more personal service). They're much smaller and this certification process is a bigger undertaking for them. Even though they've been sourcing and selling organic oils for over a decade (to people like us and direct to the consumer), they haven't gone through the certification process. In addition their facility is small and that creates problems for fencing off an "organic only" section. We've been pushing them on this for a while and they've been looking for new, larger premises for the past 2-3 months. This will allow us to have our own section dedicated to organic products, which can then be certified and monitored by the appropriate body. I also made a note it would take about 5-6 months from start to finish. So it's good to know 6 months is how long it'll take from someone who has gone through the process themselves! You can rest assured this is the biggest "must do" thing on our list. Our whole ethos and reason for being is based on using only organic products, so it is a priority. We were informed that whilst we cannot use the logo on our label without permission we can say the oil is certified organic.
