My Clarisonic was an excellent product that I used for years before it wore out. I just ordered another Clarisonic Mia 1 because my skin seems to be suffering without it. Wish I would have bought a Clarisonic replacement when my first one died, rather than the Olay ProX. It was an excellent product. This one seems like a toy in comparison. The Olay ProX does not have much power and "drags" with slight pressure and you have to replace batteries fairly quickly if using every day. Probably okay for a teenager.

Please note that both the cleaning heads (the sponge and the brush) fit on this Pro-X system. So you can just purchase the replacement heads for the Microdermabrasion and they will fit on this system. Answer:	I've really never had any trouble with any lotion causing acne on my skin but I did see that Neutrogena wrinkle filler stated that it was non-comedogenic. I would inquire at Neutrogena to be sure.
Question:	Is it okay for this product to be exposed to freezing temperatures? It would be exposed to freezing temps during winter delivery to northern states and while in outside mailboxes
Answer:	Goodness, that's a good question. I think we need someone from Neutrogena to respond to that good question. I looked on my bottle and it doesn't say anything about warm or cold conditions and how it may effect the product. Question:	What percentage of retinol is in this product
Answer:	I experience a lot of burning after applying this product. I started using in day & night. Finally wished up and now use it once a day at night before bed. My face seems dryer so I feel the need to apply a moisturizer after the nighttime application. It says results in one week , but it has been one month and I see no improvement. I've ordered the deep wrinkle cream AM & PM to see what it does. Respectfully submitted
Question:	Does this tighten the skin from sagging
Answer:	Depends on how saggy you are to begin with. If you are 77 years old like I am it will improve the sagging lines on your cheeks and around the mouth and eyes enough that you can see it, but it will not make you look like you are 20 again. In my lifetime I have used hundreds of facial fixes and this is the first that I can truly say has done some good.

Answer:	I just received a jar of this today, 7-31-2020 and the cellophane wrapper on the box had been torn open, and no seal on the box, sooo... I also don't know if this has been tampered with. Not good practice on Amazon's shippers inspecting things before they go out. Will be returning this along with pictures.
