Answer:	It says no but it does great on mine. I use it to remove eye makeup I just try to avoid getting in my eyes.

Answer:	I think so. I have some dark patches on my chin from years of problematic skin and they're noticeably lighter. I use this with their hyaluronic acid and retinol though too
