Answer:	These strips do not give me a headache and I am very sensitive to strong fragrances.

Question:	What happened?? I ordered and product was about to be delivered when suddenly, it wasn't!! Why
Answer:	It contains alcohol denatured (dissolves surface oil), isopropyl alcohol and plain alcohol. These types of simple alcohols are antiseptic, but they should not be alone. This is not a hydrating toner but an astringent targeted to ppl with oily skin prone to acne. However it does contain glycerin which is a humectant which means its moisturizing and retains water. It has no intense scent just some from the hamamelis (witch hazel). The witch hazel is there to balance out the alcohols and provide moisture. I personally use this once a day (i find it quite hydrating but if used alone ur skin may go from dry to oily during the day). I use it along with a hydrating toner (like Thayers witch hazel) and my skin has no issues,no acne anymore.

Answer:	It's actually meant to be used as a hair product build-up stripper. If you used it daily, it may lighten your hair, but it would make it dryer than straw. Instead try OGX Shampoo, Sunkissed Blonde Lemon Highlights. A conditioner is also available, and both are sold on Amazon.

Answer:	The diameter of this canning rack is 11.6 inches, which can hold 8 bottles, depending on the size of the jam jar.
Question:	What is the percent of salicylic acid in it
Answer:	The handles have a silicone covering i believe it is. Very nice, and keep them from getting hot against your skin. The funnel is plastic and about in the medium range of thickness. I've had a lot thinner that was useless. I've had thick, very expensive ones. The the money, this is an awesome set. I did all of my canning this season with this set, and all still look like brand new. You won't be sorry for the price! Hope this helps.
Question:	I was to get 3, got one, charged for 3. I can't find a way to rectify, have clicked on everything? Anyone have a suggestion? thanks in advance
Answer:	The green vinyl coated part is what holds the jar, the black part is the actual handle.
Question:	Is this face wash really strong
Answer:	Since I bought this as a gift for someone, I don't know. Funnels in kits like this will usually fit both size jars. I also use mine when putting berries and sauces in freezer bags. It really cuts down on the mess! :)
