Answer:	This facial cleanser is a cream and does not lather. That being said, it is ultra creamy and gentle, removes all your makeup and leaves your skin feeling moisturized and clean . I love it!

Answer:	I don't think this is meant to be a replacement for a moisturizer. I have very sensitive rosacea prone skin and it doesn't leave an oily residue or a dried up face. Your face just feels moist and refreshed like when you get out of the shower. The reason a lot of people wouldn't use a foaming formula is most likely there's harsh detergents in it that make it foam like sodium lauryl sulfate. Their foaming formula has fragrance in it, this does not.

Answer:	This is the only make up remover I use. It will even remove non waterproof mascara without burning the eyes A little goes a long way. I have mature, dry skin and I have stopped using the high end cleansers and will continue to purchase this.

We decided to move forward and print directly on the bottles in-house to avoid any delays. Answer:	Ya....it's not the the foam requires a special dispenser; it's that the dispenser is special to make the foam FOR YOU. The foaming action is just due to the kind of emulsifying mix they use reacting with air and pressure. You can do the same thing with your hand. Buy a foaming cleanser in a regular bottle that foams when you just mix it with water and rub it OR take the cap from this one and pour the liquid in a small container. The pressure mech is contained fully in the cap--the bottle is not needed for foam. Just take a small container and that cap with you and you can use it to make foam, but it's a bit cumbersome.
Question:	Is it gentle enough to use on eyes/ eye make up
Answer:	I have MGD, Ocular Rosacea, and Seborrheic Dermatitis. So I'm in a constant battle to keep down flakes and keep my eyes clean without drying out too much or damaging my eyes. That said, I do use this cleanser on my eyelids and eyelashes. I try not to get it my eyes but it doesn't burn when I do. I use an eye cleanser pad when I just clean my eyes.

Answer:	The ingredients are less horrifying to read when you learn why they are listed in the form they are. For instance, Parabens are a kind of wax. Why don’t they just say insert source type here Wax? It comes from when some of these products were first brought to market and who the target consumer was. In the 50s and 60s, it was essentially the Atomic Age and there was a great deal of trust in Science. The less readable an ingredient list was, the more MOST consumers trusted it. Marketing firms urged companies to stop using words like “Traditional Tallow Soap” on their labels and to start using “Sodium Talloate” instead. So instead of sounding like the soap was made in the same way the Amish make it, it sounds new and catchy and lab-made. And trusted. This is also around the time that the first commercial baby formulas came to market, and were called “formula” because it sounded like it was lab-made and could be trusted. So that was a Baby Boomer thing, and is perfectly understandable. Now you come to Generation X, Millennials (formerly Generation Y), and Generation Z. They have watched as old research paper results fell apart over and over and over when reproduced under identical conditions, watched as politics has devolved to a point of non-functionality, and realized that marketing is about selling lies. Those three generations don’t trust very easily and especially if someone is trying to make something sound complicated when it isn’t. They don’t like scientific names for things; they want to know what the common name is for an ingredient. “Aloe Barbadensis” became “Aloe Extract” again, going back to the original term.
