It works very well, and leaves more of a matte finish. (I always had to put powder on top of the watery essence so that it didn’t shine.) As far as I’m concerned, this version is both better and less expensive!

Answer:	Yes, it is water resistant. I contacted the seller, and the seller further contacted the manufacturer. This was the message from the seller: “ I contacted the manufacturer a few minutes ago and they say it depends on your condition, which is the amount of sweet, the frequency of wiping your face or body with a towel and so on. But generally, they say it is about 5 or 6 hours after rubing it. Thank you.” But, what I do is reapply immediately after sweating (as you should). To be on the safe side, I pretend it has a 40-60 min water resistance rating and I reapply.

Answer:	This is your exfoliator, so no need for an additional scrub or another chemical exfoliator. If you are new to exfoliating with a BHA this strong, putting on a toner first can help this from penetrating so quickly (which could be a good thing). You can also put your toner on afterwards if you want the fastest exfoliation. If you haven't used a chemical exfoliator in a while, I'd start slowly, every other day. This one is particularly strong. This is NOT a cleanser and should not be washed off. It is also NOT a scrub; it does not contain any abrasive ingredients like walnuts shells or sugars. You should 1) cleanse skin 2) toner (optional) 3) this exfoliator 4) moisturizer suitable for your skin type or daytime sunscreen.

Question:	Can i use as a drawing salve
Answer:	While it cleanses, it provides some drawing. Best to go with a clay product for maximum drawing of impurities recommendation is Aztec Secret Indian Deep Pore Cleansing Healing Clay
Question:	Does it have little particles to rub the skin? or just like regular cleaning foam
Answer:	No little particles. Neutrogena has a great face wash with little particles to clean pores and exfoliate. It has grapefruit in it. It's my favorite so far. This charcoal cleanser is okay-just probably not good for people with sensitive skin or open pores. It's not a foam-just gel. I think the charcoal soaked into my pores and that's what the blackheads were.
Question:	How can I travel with it
Answer:	FROM TRAVEL EXPERIENCE: Either transfer liquid from Biore bottle to a store bought bottle with a cap that can snap shut OR the cheap way is to put a sandwich bag over the top and secure it with a rubber band or ponytail.
Question:	has this helped anybody with blackhead issues
Answer:	Yes! I bought this at another retailer to give it a shot and was amazed at how well it worked. I have always had an issue with blackheads on my nose and the only success I ever had with clearing them up was with a Biore strip. However, after the FIRST night of using this cleanser, I'd say about 95% of the blackheads on my nose had disappeared. I'm really shocked that this cleanser is getting such negative reviews on here because it's been a great product for me so far.
