Answer:	I would say it means that what it comes to you in may vary like a bag or a box.

Answer:	I believe you could use it on puffy eyelids but you would need to be cautious when doing so as it burns a little if you get it in your eyes.

Answer:	There are rollers you can buy, people use them a lot for essential oil stuff. Probably not cream- based, but you could make your own liquid to put in them. I'm sure there are loads of recipes similar to this online. Just be careful with what you put around your eyes!

Answer:	No, it does nothing for your dark circles. It helps cool your skin and moisturizes. Maybe helps with puffy eyes, but even that is questionable. Depends on the what caused the puffiness in the first place (e.g. allergies, lack of sleep and etc). Not very useful for dark circles or bags.

Answer:	I don't think it works as well as plexiderm just my opinIon I really did not give it a fair chance to worK.

Answer:	Be sure to clean the under eye area before applying puffy eyes. Wait at least 10 minutes before applying any other makeup. Let the Puffy eye treatment completely dry. I do use eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara and foundation after Puffy Eye application but I am careful not to let the foundation touch the treated area under my eyes. Products with high powder content will display white areas if spread over the puffy eyes treatment. I love puppy I treatment it makes a real difference in my facial features and I haven’t had any problems if you follow the above instructions. Hope this helps
