Answer:	Yes the results are only temporary. The gel upper lid part of this item works very well on upper lids compared to Avon item. I have no need for lower so only using lid lift to help a ptosis problem so eyes will look similar.

Answer:	I have been using this for years to reduce wrinkles and moisturize the eye area. I cannot honestly say it would reduce puffy eyes. I love this product!

Answer:	I've never actually timed it, but I received my last bottle 5/21 and it still has cream in it. I use it morning and night. My guess is 6-8 weeks.

Answer:	It is not authentic! The tube is different and not a tube ever used by the ROC company. I called and asked and my suspicion was verified by the actual manufacturer, the ROC company, that this is a fake or knockoff just as I suspected. The funny thing is that Amazon will not accept a return for this product which is another red flag! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. GO TO THE DRUGSTORE AND PURCHASE INSTEAD!!
Question:	I'm looking for a good retinol eye cream for my extra thin undereye skin+dark circles. Will this do the trick
Answer:	This works well for me. I am very fair and have thin under eye skin as well as dark puffy circles at times.I use it consistently when my eyes look more lined and stressed. It smooths the lines and diminishes the dark circles. I have been using it for about a year now.

Answer:	I only use it on my under eye are as well as my crow's feet on the side of my eyes. I also use it on my upper lip where I have some wrinkling. I imagine it would be fine to use on your lids. It is very gentile. I have reactions to almost ALL eye products, but not this one.

Answer:	I started using my first bottle in mid October 2019. I use 2 sprays per day per eye And I have more than 3/4 of the content left in the bottle. I expect this bottle will last more than three months easily.
Question:	I have been using baby shampoo as my Dr recommended, and it dried out the skin under my eyes terribly. It got red, rough, and wrinkled. will this
Answer:	I saw the reponse about NOT washing eyes with baby shampoo... I also have been told by both my eye surgeon doctor and my RA doctor to do so. My eye lid has become red and crusty /flaky , like skin that can be gently pulled off . It also is swollen. I have ordered this cleanser and i will see how it works. Thank you for this info! So why are doctors recommending washing with baby shampoo if its out dated????
Question:	What is the shelf life of this product
Answer:	According to the ad the shelf life for full efficacy is 28 days when opened. Which means that if you spray it directly onto your eyes and do it twice a day half of the bottle will go to waste. That is a 50% loss on money spent. That is not a deal.
