I tried it about 2 hours prior to going to bed thinking I might have rubbed it in accidentally while sleeping on prior trials, and I was using iced water cloths trying to keep my eyes from burning. It is horrible.

Answer:	I have been using it. IMHO it's an excellent product for men as well as women. It is invisible once properly applied and the very, very light fragrance evaporates almost instantly. Answer:	Yes, it does work. I definitely have a decrease in my facial and neck wrinkles. I use this product three times weekly as it can be drying. On the other nights I use a moisturizing cream I get on Amazon with Vitamins C and E and hyaloronic acid. Then Once a week I use micro A retinol cream. Differin 0.1% just came out over the countered. It is a milder retinol cream. I think most of use need a combination of treatment. This combo works well for me. I think I shaved a good 10 years off of my appearance. Good luck.

Question:	How do I use the pump
Answer:	The Premium Total Eye Cream is packaged in an airless pump which uses a vacuum system instead of a tube/straw like most dispensers. Airless pumps help enhance the effectiveness and longevity of our formula by keeping air and other contaminants out.  For first use it is always recommended to cover up the opening where the product is dispensed with your finger and pump 10-15 times. This should release any excess air and trigger the product to pump properly. You can also turn the product upside down and find the small hole at the bottom of the bottle. Important Tips for First Time Use of Each Bottle

For first-time use, remove cap and gently press the pump approximately 10-15 times to prime.

• Place the bottle on a flat, level surface and remove the cap
• Using your thumb, slowly and firmly push the pump down until it cannot go any further.
• Continue pushing down the pump until product begins to flow, typically about 10-15 pumps; however, it could take longer so be patient
• Once the desired amount of product has been dispensed, replace the cap for safe storage
