Answer:	HI there-I do not have those particular concerns so can't say for sure-What I can say is...my issue is crow's feet, (fine lines) and the cream softens them a bit-doesn't get rid of them -just slightly blurs them...and generally helps maintain the health of the tissue-ie not a miracle cream but helpful and a positive thing to do...note: you have to apply very delicately, don't rub hard or you may do more harm than good by tugging at the skin.... good luck!

Answer:	Hello,I bought these about 1 year ago and i just had to repurchase. Personally, i felt they worked great and i would put some on my under eye and then i would apply my makeup because i felt they made a difference and also because they felt nice. I never used them for my upper eye lids since im sure it would be difficult to do because of the shape of the under eye sheets. They are a "U" just like in the picture of the packaging. Good Luck!
