The tingling isn't bothersome for my sensitive skin, but I can tell that there's a fair amount of vitamin C in there. Hope this helps a wee bit, even though I don't know what the % of vitamin C in this product is.

Answer:	It is labeled as safe, but I wouldn't use it. I really dislike this product -- it stings and it reeks of perfume. I don't understand how this can be marketed as being for sensitive skin.

Answer:	Hi I am in my 40's and I use this. I find its very light (not thick in texture) and doesnt settle in the wrinkles it gives just a light coverage and brightens the area around my eye. I would say its a creamy finish I cant really tell if its shiney or matte!

Answer:	How interesting that this is not clear on the listing. The photo shows a roller that says "medium", however, what I received was an alabaster color, very light. There is a little button that says "ask the seller". I would use that for the answer to your question.
