Answer:	Just look for any 20mm strap/band and it should fit. I’d recommend a band with quick-release pins.

Answer:	Yes it does. However, this feature is not as rich as in other watches such as Samsung or Apple. This will show notifcations, but except for just a few apps, it will not identify which app the notification is from either via an icon or a name. it'll just say "app" with a generic icon and display some text. It became very annoying for me.
