Answer:	My bag says processed and packaged in Canada. These are the best tasting sunflower seeds I've ever had. Very fresh, no hint of them going rancid. Unlike some of the ones I've gotten at other grocery stores which are either already going rancid or turn very quickly after I open the package.

Answer:	the primary use for pumpkin seed oil is for prostate health. Which of course only men have. I am female and I took it for a while to see if it would help with my bladder issues but after about a year of use I found that it really didn't help. I was taking 2 pills a day.

Answer:	The label says no gluten, as well as a long list of other common allergens - the "shell" ingredients are gelatin, glycerin & purified water.

Answer:	Depending on how the oil is made from the seeds there could be anywhere from one half a milligram of Vitamin K to none, in which case you are simply getting a pure oil. If it's Vitamin K you are seeking to boost indoor diet, I would suggest eating raw organic pumpkin seeds (2mg Vitamin K), Spinach, Kale and other greens.
