Answer:	As used here, when heavily diluted it is indicated for restlessness at night.

Answer:	No! It has a strong smell, but it's not lavender at least not to me!

Answer:	I only apply it when I feel the sensation coming on. It can be applied at any time. I sometimes feel the need to use it in the middle of the day. For some reason I noticed I feel this way most often when I’m getting sleepy and relaxing. Go figure🤷‍♀️
Question:	Is there almond oil in this product
Answer:	Well whole lots of stuff but here is the thing. I have tried half a dozen magnesium leg cramp lotions. This is the best, is is not greasy and sticky, goes on like a nice lotion, I think it works, I put it on every night. This is the best of all of them. Try it and not too expensive. Now if you have a severe leg cramp like I get say once a week and you want to call an ambulance, then the answer is Cabeb Treeze old Amish formula which is apple cider vinegar and some ginger, etc. I swear you put two tablespoons in very cold water like half a glass and choke it down it will stop your leg cramp in 60 seconds. A life saver for me. Really in 60 seconds. Check it out. I take 4mg Ropinirole HCL prescription also every night, so you see I am not fooling around. Good luck.

Answer:	I do double cleanse because leaving oil cleansers in your skin causes breakouts, BUT hearing other people saying “only one step”, i’d say trust them if they haven’t experienced breakouts or anything problematic
