I use to crack and bleed in the winter. I use this once a day and have bo cracks, no burning and no itching anymore. ( I use the yummy smelling ones throughout the day. Those used to irritate me.)

Answer:	Because I use a lot of the 19 oz product and don’t wanna expose it to air by opening the jar twice a day (oxygen wrecks vitamins and other yummies), I found a pair of pump tops for $5 on eBay. Whenever I get a new jar, I screw that lid on and I’m good to go. (I seem to remember the “straws” which suck the product up were too long, but once I cut them down, they were POIFEKT!)

I tend to have oily skin with the ocassional winter dry patch or so and this cream is fantastic. I'll apply it by rubbing a dab into my hands and whatever residue remains, I'll rub onto my face.

Answer:	I have no idea if it has been ophthalmologist tested. I do use it around my eyes and it causes no eye irritation for me at all. I have very sensitive eyes and so I am very sensitive to products that I put around my yes. I am happy that I have finally found a product that I can use around my eyes so that I am not forced to go out and spend a lot of money on a hydrating eye product. Answer:	If you mean something like a small piece of thin, flat pliable plastic, something like that happened in one of our jars. The plastics material that was stretched across the jar underneath the lid (that sealed the contents in) had either torn during manufacture/shipment, or a piece of it had peeled off the underside of it, because a small piece of it was imbedded in the cream itself. We just pulled the piece out and discarded it.

Answer:	The foot ring has a large knob to secure the foot rest. Like most chairs this is a weak point, it’s a bit difficult to stop the foot rest from sliding. But if I torque the knob very hard, yes it stays put. I bet your not torquing the knob enough, turn harder. There is also an option of going custom. There is 2” black ABS pipe at Home Depot. Cut a length 2.5” piece . Pull the chair post loose and slip in the piece of pipe. That would be only if torquing the knob didn’t work. This manufacturer also has a blue splat of “thread locker” on that knob and breaking that down is part of the reason why you gotta strongly torque the knob.
