Answer:	I purchased several pounds of shea butter a few years ago and just went back to using it. I just made a homemade cream with it and it was fine. I have mine stored in my bathroom cabinet.

Answer:	Unfortunately, whipped body butters do not remain whipped when the temperature nears their melting point. Its just physics and can't be avoided. We have the same problem in the summer. Its a trade off...softer body butters=faster melt. You can add a few things to slow it down but not much. (Tapioca Starch or corn starch etc.) Its just gonna happen so keep them out of heat/sun etc. Perhaps you can take the LUSH approach and do an ice-bed for your stuff....but that's not very practical at a craft fair. We just do our best to keep it cool and under the tent.

Answer:	Absolutely! I use unrefined Shea in most of my soap recipes. The ivory shea is refined and lovely I'm sure.

Question:	I twist my natural hair, can I use this product for that and if so how long will it last? I use a product now and it last for approximately two weeks
Answer:	Every 3 months or so, I get a Keratin smoother (McVoil -- no toxic ingredients!) that loosens the tightness of my hair. Think of it as taking my hair from a 4A to a 3C hair type. To keep it up, I use about a tablespoon or MacVoil conditioner plus Carols daughter Mimosa. This lasts me about 3-4 days. I then wet it, apply the MacVoil plus Carol's daughter and I'm good to go for another 3-4 days. I have never had a product last me for two whole weeks.
Question:	Does this build up on hair since it contains beeswax? i'm following the curly girl method. thanks
Answer:	As you know, each hair type is different. I don't find it to build up on my hair. I find it leaves it very soft to the touch, I use it with Design Essentials hair lotion, the combinations is great.

Answer:	I don't think the product name was meant to be deceiving--the jar label simply says it's something sweet for hair, and I agree. I love this shine pomade--really tames down fly-away or dry hair if used sparingly.

Make sure you pick the demi permanent developer because the same brand carries permanent dyes as well. They sell both brands online or at Sally Beauty Supply Stores. The salespeople are quite helpful if you tell them you are looking for demi permanent hair dyes and they can help you select the develop.
