Question:	Does the cream have to be applied to freshly cleaned skin each time, or, when using more than once a day, can it be applied to an already used area
Answer:	I haven't had any trouble reapplying to an application area... as long as you are using a reasonable amount overall. It is hard to keep the cream on to be honest as urination and sweat wash it away somewhat and wearing clothing (underwear, tight fitting jeans, etc..) rubs some of it off as well. I am really careful now with keeping it in place for longer than I used to because it seems I use it all the time and a lot of it gets rubbed or washed off, which can get expensive. So no there is no problem reapplying it to the same area as often as you need to.
Question:	Some of the creams say to only use 3 weeks out of a month, is that the case with the BiEstro-Care
Answer:	yes one week off to mimic the body's natural cycle. You must be taking the progesterone cream also - in a way that again mimics the body's cycle which would be from day 12is to day 26ish. You should never take the estrogen w/out also taking the progesterone cream at some point in the month. Work with a doctor that is willing to get your hormones tested so that you can find the perfect amount for you. I stop both creams on day 26. Then I start the estrogen again on day 5. There are a lot of great books out there so please educate yourself. John Lee, Suzanne Somers, Uzzi Reiss and Life Extension website(once there click on Health tab, then All Health Topics then Female Hormone Restoration - this is the best source of hormone information.)
