Answer:	Yes, i have used a lighter cream over it or sometimes i would just steam my face and pat it afterwards. loreal revitalift is very good, have used it for over a month and i can tell the differnce. My face may be holding up better!
Question:	does this help with the deep lines around the mouth like the smile lines on side of mouth
Answer:	It did help with mine, however it does not claim to help with deep lines. I generally use the Anew Clinical eye creme around lips.
Question:	Can I use this before my concealer and bb cream
Answer:	I only use this cream as a moisturizing night cream. Don't use it during the day, sorry I couldn't help you.

Answer:	I have used the perfecting cream for years and love it!!! I get compliments on my skin quite often. I have just started using the lift and firm and will have to leave an update later. I will be using both creams because I love the way the perfecting cream soaked in and makes my skin look so soft and smooth and supple.

Answer:	Not sure if otc means over the counter. It's heavy, clay like and I purchased #23 and it was the color of putty, then purchased #25 which was a better color but the look of clay on my face. I would not recommend for older skin at all. It magnifies what I was trying to conceal. I could not return #23.
