Answer:	Well whole lots of stuff but here is the thing. I have tried half a dozen magnesium leg cramp lotions. This is the best, is is not greasy and sticky, goes on like a nice lotion, I think it works, I put it on every night. This is the best of all of them. Try it and not too expensive. Now if you have a severe leg cramp like I get say once a week and you want to call an ambulance, then the answer is Cabeb Treeze old Amish formula which is apple cider vinegar and some ginger, etc. I swear you put two tablespoons in very cold water like half a glass and choke it down it will stop your leg cramp in 60 seconds. A life saver for me. Really in 60 seconds. Check it out. I take 4mg Ropinirole HCL prescription also every night, so you see I am not fooling around. Good luck.

Answer:	I have used it on my hands - I have arthritis in my thumbs and it seems to help the aching.

Answer:	My husband uses it primarily on his leg cramps at night, but has also used it on his hands and it helps a lot. Cramping seems worse if he eats after 7:30 p.m. for some reason.
Question:	can I put this on before going to bed
Answer:	Sure. Keep in mind it has a lingering soothing minty smell. Some people use the ointment in a preventive way prior to going to bed to avoid cramps, some wait until a cramp occurs. Massaging along with the application of the ointment enhances the effectiveness.

Answer:	Leg cramps are leg cramps. Be sure to get enough potassium too. Bananas

Question:	Is this cream greassy? I have a mix skin in my face greassy and super dry. Can be used like every day lotion
Answer:	Unfamiliar with Aquaphor, unless you are talking about the petroleum jelly product. Eucerin products are quite good. The "Advanced Repair" is quite thick -- like partially set plaster. I use this as well as "Intensive Repair" which has a consistency more like cold cream or mayonnaise. Both are excellent foot creams. I use them because of of an injury that led to some skin breakdown and neuropathy. They are excellent moisturizers. If using on feet remember never between the toes.
Question:	Does this contain Hyaluronic acid in it
Answer:	There are dozens of different products called Minerin. Don't know what you are talking about. You have to compare equivalent products not apple and oranges.

Answer:	This is thin like a lotion, not as thick as the other Eucerin Creams that I have and have used.
