Answer:	This is an adapter not a charger, leave it on all the time . There may be a battery back up for information , not rechargeable for function. The cost of electricity a month is pocket change for this operation. Thanks

Answer:	And if you go on the internet that same oil can go as high as 50 bux per gallon. When I bought mine,(HUSQVARNA), at Lowes it cost me 12.95/gallon including CA tax.Where is the Lowes selling for 8.99 per gallon? I did see bar oil at Tractor Supply for 8.99.Some brand I never heard of.Probably just as good,however. When I bought my Husky saw back in 1997 the bar oil was 3.95 a gallon.So hell yes if you plan on a lot of cutting I would buy it by the case at 8.99.
