I also think a lot of the reviewers on here used too much. A little bit goes a long way. One jar (using once a day under my makeup with no other lotion) lasts me about 3 1/2 months. I have very uneven skin tone and this helps even things out and keep my make up in place. I absolutely love it. (Age 35, olive colored, normal to dry skin).

Answer:	I wondered the same thing when I first purchased! There is a small clear seal on the side that reaches from the jar to the lid. When you turn the lid to open, it breaks the seal. Hope that made sense.

I use a cream cleanser but I use the serum and pore remover in the morning and the serum and the moisturizer at night. You will literly see a difference in a week. I have been using the serum and moisturizer in the morning and night now that it is winter and drier. I have sensitive skin to breakouts and have not gotten any since I started using.
