Answer:	You will need a blue tooth transmitter connected to the TV. While there will be some latency I am using the Avantree 164ft LONG RANGE Bluetooth Transmitter for TV Audio, Wireless Transmitter / Receiver, aptX Low Latency, Support Digital Optical, RCA AUX 3.5m with the TV's optical audio output feeding the bluetooth transmitter. The latency for me is within the acceptable range as these headphones support the aptX profile (but not the aptX Low Latency profile which is what you need for no latency). However these headphone really excel at music reproduction. You may be able to find less expensive headphones that support aptX like the ATH-ANC700BTBK that also offer some noise cancellation but are a little less at $199.

Answer:	I have never used the M40s but I can tell you that the only folding feature is that the earcups rotate 90 degrees so that you can store the headphones flat.

Answer:	You mean via Bluetooth right? It depends on the quality of the Bluetooth chip in the phone or laptop in terms of range, stability and audio quality. I found my Blackberry Leap had good Bluetooth range and stability, but my LG G3 was better. As long as the phone or laptop has Apt X, the audio quality should be high, but as for range and stability, that will depend and you need to test to know for sure. I find the BT chip in the WS99BT to be quite good so that half of the equation is taken care of. Not sure if this helps.

It does list vitamin C as the 3rd ingredient and says 20% vitamin C. So I'm guessing the amount of Hyaluronic Acid is no more than 20%. I hope that helps.
