Answer:	I don’t know about stretch marks, I was using the product to help in healing the new skin after 2nd degree burns. I could not use until new skin formed and for awhile afterwards, a month or so, then alternated between aquaphor and the vitamin E my dermatologist recommended. Initially the vitamin e stung too much. When I was able to just use the vit e my Dr and I have been pleased. Still doing at night., it’s been 7 months. No scars.

Answer:	Hi sorry so long in providing an answer. It actually doesn't say although it's the 3rd ingredient listed. I reckon it's between 5-7%. I have other creams I use that have urea for other parts of my body. For my elbows a cream with 10% urea. For my feet a cream with 30% urea. Check out Paula Begoun's review. That might help you.
