Answer:	I haven't used it with a waist training vest but it's all natural ingredients. There isn't anything in it that should cause a negative effect. Answer:	I don't honestly know, since I didn't use it for that. I was interested in something for really dry, cracked feet and it worked beautifully for that. There is a noticeable difference immediately, but the effects are cumulative so best results are obtained by regular use.

Answer:	Once a day, and results in 2 days! Yippee!!!! I had an extremely itchy rash and little pimples all over from staying in sweaty gym clothes too long, which lasted 5 months!!
