Answer:	I have never had this issue with any of the scent booster products that I used but I have to admit that I usually use the beaded scent booster products, not the ones like this product that are in the pod form. I received this product free from the company to use and to try out, and I had no problems with it, but I have to admit that I do not like the pod format of this product. I highly suggest that you take a picture and send it to the company. I belong to the Snuggle members club and I am going to forward this question to them. Answer:	Not sure how it is heat resistant, but it works as long as you don't continually hold the glove on the wand. If you do that it can get pretty warm. I kept getting burnt on my wrists trying to wrap my hair around the end & this glove works AWESOME! I would definitely recommend it!

Answer:	I am a male so I just rub it on my hair. But my female friend who recommended the product to me, she melts it with hot water to make shampoo. She raves about the results every time.

Answer:	I bought this soap and it arrived in closed box but with the plastic covering was unwrapped and half the product was missing. The product I received is half pound not not one pound. Seller does not accept returns. I am using it but it is not effective.

Answer:	Hi Jeremy, Lye by definition is Sodium Hydroxide, That is the technical name for it. Lye is used in all natural soap making. Its the combination of the Lye and oils that make soap, If you do not have lye you can't make soap. Here are a couple of short examples to help you understand Lye a bit better and why it is used in soap making:So how exactly does it work? If you had high school chemistry, you may remember that when you mix a base with an acid, you form a neutral. This is exactly what happens in the soap making reaction. The base (lye) mixes with the acid (oil or fat) to form a neutral (the soap). the main benefit of homemade lye soap, and the reason people love it so much, is actually because of its soothing properties, courtesy of the glycerin that forms during the oil and lye reaction. A lot of people are misinformed about lye. I like to compare natural soap to common table salt. Salt is Sodium and Chlorine, chemically written NaCl. Both are extremely dangerous elements by themselves but when combined they make something safe and we need it to live!So lye by itself is not safe, but soap made from lye is safe and neutral. In fact, if it was not made with lye, it is not true soap. You may notice products that say "moisture bar" "body bar" or some other kind of "bar".
