| Answer: | Dry. I scrub down my whole body before getting my skin wet and it leaves me skin very soft and silky smooth. It doesn't waste very much when you do that way. |

If you are having ingrown hairs you are going to wait to avoid the scent of this scrub. This is wonderful for exfoliating your legs or arms or anything else for shaving but for the sake of ingrowns i would urge against it. |
