Answer:	Yes, you can use it with oil. I have used it both ways. Just let it sit for about 48 hours if you plan to make a Chebe oil. If you do plan to use this powder with an oil, please strain and separate the oil from the powder before putting on your scalp. Once the powder is separated from the oil, I put the powder in my leave conditioner and braid my hair down. I wouldn't recommend using the oil with the actual powder mixed in on the scalp because the powder is known to cause dry and itchy scalp.

Answer:	The men's product uses talc while the women and baby products use cornstarch. Personally, I prefer powders with talc as they tend to be effective for longer periods. However, some, not all, forms of talc have asbestos in them and have been linked to being able to cause cancer if inhaled. Then there's also risks of talcosis a restrictive and/or obstructive breathing disorder also caused by inhalation of talc. So being talc free is a positive and worth the extra dollar. Especially if you need to worry about the inhalation factor. E.g. you have little ones that think everything is a toy. Or a husband that thinks apply liberally means empty half the bottle.
