For overnight eye moisture I use either the comfort gel drops, or for more severe eye dryness I use Systane Gel Drops at night, and the Systane keeps my eyes hydrated all night long, where as with the comfort gel I would have to use more drops in the middle of the night. Answer:	I do not recommend lube on the seat post. If your seat post is not moving freely when the clap is loosen, I recommend that you clean the post thoroughly, and then reassemble. You can use the lube where ever lube is required. I recommend you use sparsely, and wipe off any excess lube. Lastly, clean any components first before lubing. I hope this answers your question.
