Question:	Does this product help with stretch marks
Answer:	This would be a question for a Dermotologist. Amlactin is best suited for dry skin, not inflamed hair follicles.
Question:	Does this only prevent bikini bumps or do they make current ones go away
Answer:	Not that I can’t remember. The pump was down, locked position. And there was no lotion in the pump as it took a while to get it going. As in... not used prior. I’ve bought other items like laundry soap that did in fact have a seal.

Answer:	They claim to have 13% of lactic acid, if you know about AHA, that's quite a lot especially if you've never used acids or built a tolerance to it. Usually people starts out with 5-10% as to not cause irritation so I'll say the anount of acid is fine and would be the same for both. In the rapid relief, there's ceramide which is a type of lipid that can be naturally found in our skin that helps with retaining moisture and help protect the skin barrier from irritants. Question:	What order do you do the DVD's in? Like, Phase 1 - do I do the 1st DVD every day of the week or do I alternate? I cannot find my form that tells me
Answer:	There should be a chart included. If you can't find it - Weeks 1 & 2 you do disc 1, then 2, then cardio 1 for the first 3 days, then repeat them for the next 3 days, take day 7 off. Do that same series weeks 3 & 4, using workout discs 3 & 4 instead of 1 & 2, same cardio 1. That is Phase One. Every two weeks you are moving on to the next set of workout discs, 5&6, then 7&8 with cardio 2 for 4 weeks. Finally, the last 4 weeks your use workout discs 9&10, then 11&12 with cardio 3. So, every pair of workout discs you should do 4 times before moving on to the next pair.Use every cardio disc for 4 weeks, that would be 8 times before moving to the next disc.Hope that helps!
Question:	I've worked out to Jillian for awhile, religiously, and have many of her dvds. Is Body Revolution still worth it and will I see the results
Answer:	I saw results. I didn't do it whole heartedly but at the end I lost ten pounds and had definition in my arms and legs. I only followed the meal plan for first week. This program is for someone who hasn't worked out in a while because she does start you off gradually and by the end tries to kill you. I had fun with most of the workouts. It is no where near the level of P90x or Insanity. It also isn't as hard on the knees like those workouts.
Question:	if you do the full 90 days of exercise and closely follow her diet, will you see results? anyone share their results from using this program
Answer:	I did the 90 days exercise but did not follow the diet plan. Consistency is the key here. The first 30 days is about getting the basic foundation right, by doing the exercises in their correct forms. I like the way jillian explains the exercise. I started seeing some changes in the 2nd and 3rd month, as the exercises get more intense. I lost 2-3 kg, and have more well-toned muscles. Good luck!

Answer:	Yes... Especially the first 3/4 of the workouts...the last 1/4 is more toning than anything...I lost my 10 pounds about halfway through the program

Answer:	I would think not. To secure it you should drill the mounting bracket as the instructions describe. The danger is when you glue it with any weight it could release and you would have glass shards all over the floor.
