Answer:	The back of the dishes state: gibsonUSA.com ( China ) Dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. It's a similar style to a Potterybarn set I have. These are a lesser quality, lighter and the finish isn't always even, but it's a nice starter set or for use when you need many place settings at a reasonable price. If needed, I would buy these again. :D

Answer:	I found a 12 pc set at Big Lots. It was the last one on shelf. That box contained 4 dinner plates, 4 smaller plates, and 4 bowls - no mugs)

Answer:	They’re ceramic. Just like the ones you’d buy in a box at say, Walmart. Theyre really nice. They don’t look cheap or elegant, more in between, like every day dishes. Hope that helps. I love mine.
Question:	what are they made of? do they get hot to the touch in microwave? right now my plates get so hot after 1min i have to use a hot pad to get them out
Answer:	They are Porcelain. A different type of material than just plain ceramic. They are heated at a very high heat so they will withstand the microwave heat very well and dishwasher if they don't have a type of decoration that would not be recommended for the microwave/dishwasher. Answer:	No. These are heavier. I would say they are in between glass plates like Corelle and stoneware plates. For camping I would go with Corelle or plastic. Target has a bunch that’s fairly cheap.

Answer:	There are many types of fire retardant cloths - some may have chemical treatments, some may have fire retardant properties in the frabric. Personally, I wouldn't risk using Dryel for such fabrics, if fire retardancy is the key property that you want from the cloth. You might check with the garment (?) manufacturer or, at least, the fabric label; and possibly with Dryel to see if this can be used.

Question:	I have tried everything and cannot get these things to dissolve and work properly. Has anyone tried these in a new HE washer
Answer:	They dissolve fine in my HE washer. I put them in first, then laundry on top, since the water doesn't go as high in HE washers.
