The Braun 853 requires batteries and and eats batteries, there is not enough battery strength even with a new battery for the facial cleanser brushes to work effectively. It’s struggles at best. I have a facial cleanser tool from a different company that out preforms the Braun 853 and 851 100%. Also, I have gone through two Braun 853 and 851 models and they each lasted less than one year using once a month. I do not recommend the 853 or 851 model based on durability and struggles as a facial cleanser and high use age of expensive Duracell batteries. Perhaps the rechargeable model will preform better. However, if they haven’t improved the design of the epilator head then that is a problem, because the wires inside the head break apart into pieces and the epilator head quits working! I would definitely recommend purchasing an extended warranty, and purchase the rechargeable model.

Answer:	Yes, it does. I find that it only works well on peach fuzz and very fine short hair. It’s hit or miss for the thicker hairs. Another problem is that the epilator head is pretty small, about 1/4 inch wide, so it’ll take a long time to cover large areas like your cheeks. It’s great for mustache, eyebrows and chin areas.

Question:	Can I use This on my head
Answer:	I never tried it on my head, but it works great on every other part of my body. You will need to keep it away from your eyes though.
Question:	I shave my praivte, so do i put this cream on before or after i take a shower? If before how long before i take a shower
Answer:	Put on disposable gloves. Your hands will thank you. Apply where ever you want it. Avoid cuts. Be very careful to avoid the very delicate skin of your anus. Remember that whatever body part you apply it to first will have it on the longest, so delicates last. My suggested order, based on skin sensitivity and thickness of the hairs: the hair above your privates, being careful not to go lower. It’s a bugger to get rid of that hair. Then the area around your navel followed by your chest and then the rest of your abdomen. Then upper outer thighs, followed by your butt, getting the area right between your legs without getting anywhere else if you can. If unsure, leave till later. Avoid your anus. If you don’t, well you won’t make the same mistake again Then armpits followed by the rest of your legs working from your waist to your ankles. Then the area between your legs if you didn’t get it earlier, and your delicate bits. The skin there is extremely sensitive (Well d’uh!) but you can use this on that area if you follow LOFO. Last On and First Off. I don’t do my back so can’t help you there. Wait 5-10 minutes. The first couple of times go with 5. Better to leave a little hair behind than to end up with a burn where you really don’t want it... Get in the shower. Use a washcloth (I have some I reserve for this) to wipe it off fairly quickly, starting with the most delicate body parts you applied it to. Wash each area with soap as you go. Then wash your whole body with soap. Twice if you want to make damn sure you didn’t leave any residue behind. Remember until you’ve washed with soap, it’s still on your skin and working. So err on the side of caution. Even as you’re wiping it off one body part, the clock is still ticking everywhere else it’s still on you... When you’re done, rinse out your wash cloth as best you can. There will still be plenty of the chemical left in it. I suggest having a few sheets of paper towel stacked nearby so you can put the washcloth on it and avoid touching it with your hands from this point onwards. I wash these cloths separately. YMMV. Also wash the container so any residue on it doesn’t mark whatever surface you put it on later. I store it in a zip lock bag to be safe. Then wash your hands and your done!

Answer:	1. Dampening to prepare the skin. 2. Apply a thick layer of the hair removal cream on the area to be treated through your hand. Smoothen the cream and even the layer out. 3. Make sure that the hairs are covered from root to tips. Avoid rubbing the cream on the area. Leave the cream on the surface of your body untouched. Wait for 5 to 8 minutes for the cream to seep the skin. 4. Test out a small area by scraping a small amount of the cream with a cloth. If the hair does not come away easily, wait for a few more minutes but do not exceed a total of 10 minutes in waiting. After testing and the hair comes off properly, wipe the cream off your skin’s surface using a plastic scraper. 5. Once all the hair is removed on the surface, rinse and gently pat dry. Question:	Is this easy enough for a man to wax his own butt crack alone having never done it before? Do i need to buy paper strips separately? Please help
Answer:	This product is hard wax, meaning you don't need the paper strips. What you do with the popsicle stick is try to apply the wax evenly on the part you want waxed and make a "lip" with the wax.
