Answer:	I believe that they are microplastics, so I do not plan on buying this again.

Answer:	Perhaps a day before you shave especially your groin area. Exfoliating 1day before waxing is optimal for best results. This is a good body scrub exfoliator.
Question:	Can you use this product for chin area
Answer:	I am not certain because it is natural products (like a sugar scub w/ coconut oil). It would depend on one's sensitivity to the ingredients. I have used it on my neck for hydration purposes as it is an excellent moisturizer & exfoliant. I haven't had any sensitivity to the product but that's not to say that someone else wouldn't as everyone has different a allergens. I would suggest that you check the ingredients & if you have no sensitivity to them, try it! I love this product :)Good luck!

Answer:	Over time it's helped me with that. About a month now and I'm actually able to get out deep ingrowns that were causing me pain! My skin looks sooooo much better no redness and substantially less ingrowns and red bumps

Question:	Does it come with the hand mitts and plastic gloves
Answer:	It doesn't come with them, there are some ordering options where you can add them or extra wax. It is just the warmer with the lid to secure it.I use little fold closure sandwich bags and an oven mitt. My physical therapist wraps my hand in plastic cling wrap. The most important element is the wax at the proper temperature which this warmer does really well!
Question:	Can this unit remain on 24-7. I plan to place it on what had been an umbrella table in my bath
Answer:	You could, if you wanted to. It has a standby mode where it will stay on but not at full heat. It is intended to be used that way in salons, so that when they arrive in the morning, they can heat the wax up to therapeutic temperatures more quickly. If turned off, the wax will cool back to solid form, I believe the standby mode keeps it just warm enough to keep it liquid.
Question:	Does this wax works with Paper strips as well or it has to be cloth one
Answer:	Yes, this works with both.
Question:	Can you mix the wax that comes with it to a different scent to refill
Answer:	I'm sure you can mix it, just don't know if you'll be pleased with the combo scent. Are you using the wax/paraffin for medical therapy or for spa use? If it's for spa use you're good with this wax. However, if you're using it for therapy you might want to check a medical supply because it is a different wax they use.
