Answer:	Yeah, same thing happened to me. Both sides of my upper lip (sort of above and be corners of my mouth) had skin completely stripped away. It was awful. Honestly, you may want to consult a dermatologist, however the red scarring/marks have mostly gone away after almost two weeks. I just kept my face moisturizer and did not exfoliate. Maybe try some kind of ointment such as vitamin E, or I’ve heard Mederma works well too. Sorry this happened to you too.

Answer:	Yes, use both strips. The instructions say to warm them by rubbing them in your hands to soften the wax, then pull apart and place on your skin. I find that placing it flat on the counter and holding a blowdryer over it for 45-60 seconds works better for me. This way, the wax is much softer and pulls out the hair, not just the skin around it, which happens if the wax is not hot enough. Smooth the strip down, the. Pull your skin tight before you rip off the strip and pull quickly against the direction of hair growth. Good luck!

Warm the wax strip

Ensure skin is clean and free of oils and moisturizers before application.

Warm the wax strip by briskly rubbing the strip between your palms for about 5 to 10 seconds. Slowly separate the strip into two.

Apply the strip to the skin

Take one of the two strips and apply to the skin in the desired area.

Answer:	Hi, if the device is going to be shared, we recommend each individual have their own device for hygiene reasons. Otherwise, you can use the same trimmer continuously per label directions.

Answer:	I'm sure for each individual the effectiveness is different. A lot depends on how thick or coarse your hair is and how sensitive your skin is. I only tried it for the minimum amount of time on my first try because my skin is so sensitive, and it didn't get all the hair in that area, and some of the hair that it got was quite a bit above the skin level. Perhaps if I were able to leave it sitting on for the maximum amount of time that would have had a different result. From the reviews that I read before purchasing, it seems like it is pretty common for it to only be partially effective the first time, but then to be better the next time. My guess is that if you get razor burn really easily it is quite possible that this product may also irritate your skin too much for you to use it effectively. That is the problem I am having. Answer:	Works very well, I prefer it to shaving. I use it about every 2 weeks on the entire region. I'll keep it PG... I use a generous amount (like icing on a cake) and I do 9-10 minutes for "the waist to the groin" and 8-9 minutes on "the boys," "the undercarriage," and "the rear." Armpits for about 9-10 minutes. Wash all areas well immediately after you remove hair and cream with the squeegee tool. Applied areas might be a little sensitive for a few hours after use but will recover in less than a day. Some baby powder helps to keep sensitive areas from rubbing one another.

Answer:	I have been using this product for years. Here are a few tips. Before you start trim hair to about 1/4-1/2 inch. Heat the wax until runny but test on your forearm to make sure it won't burn. Do not allow it to cool enough to get thick. 1. Make sure the area is clean and dry. 2. Use a little oral numbing gel (teething gel for babies) several minutes before you start. 3. Apply a little baby oil to your finger tips and sensitive parts- it won't effect the wax adhesion to the hair but will keep it from sticking to your skin. 4. Work from the outside in-in small sections and back to front. Spread in a medium thin layer. Allow to harden until just pliable. Remove in 1 quick motion. 5. When done use a mild astringent cleaner (I like the cleaner you get for newly pierced ears- no sting) I follow that with a thin coat of A&D ointment. Answer:	These are simply non woven fabric pieces. I purchased them to use doing nails as they won't leave any lint or fuzz behind. They are designed as wax removal strips. You would have to apply the wax to your skin then apply the woven strip to remove the wax and hair it will be removing.

How to apply

Step 1

Wash area where hair is to be removed with soap and water. Thoroughly pat dry.

Step 2

Thoroughly pat dry. Warm wax by rubbing strips briefly and gently between your hands.

Step 3

Determine direction of hair growth before applying wax strip. PRESS ON wax strip firmly in the direction of hair growth

Step 4

Hold skin taut with one hand. With the other hand, PULL OFF wax strip in opposite direction of hair growth.

Step 5

Keep your hand as close to the skin as possible. If the strip is peeled too slowly, wax will remain on skin and hair will not come off. Immediately apply firm pressure to the waxed area with fingertips or the palm of your hand to reduce reddening.

Step 7

Repeat Steps 1–5 until the area is free of hair.

Step 8

Dispose of used strips after removing all unwanted hair. Do not save after use. Use fresh, new strips the next time you need to remove unwanted hair. After hair removal, apply a small amount of Azulene Finishing Oil to treated area with a cotton ball or tissue to wipe away any wax residue and to help remoisturize skin.

Answer:	Yes, I have used this product for many years with no problems. About 3 years ago is when it 1st stared cracking and piping on the microwave after only being in it for 2 seconds, never had that issue b4. So I took it out and warmed it with a tea light/wax warmer combo. The next time I used it, it tripped the safety feature on my electrical outlet. I reset it and tried using my microwave and it wouldn't work until about an hour later. Then stupidly enough about a month later I tried to heat it in the microwave again. Well it did the samething as far as tripping the safety thing on the outlet but MICROWAVE NEVER WORKED AGAIN. I really love this product and would like to find out why it breaks microwaves. I have bought different waxes since but hate them. I know I can just buy a warmer but I don't really want to.
