I reset it and tried using my microwave and it wouldn't work until about an hour later. Then stupidly enough about a month later I tried to heat it in the microwave again. Well it did the samething as far as tripping the safety thing on the outlet but MICROWAVE NEVER WORKED AGAIN. I really love this product and would like to find out why it breaks microwaves. I have bought different waxes since but hate them. I know I can just buy a warmer but I don't really want to.

With the other hand, PULL OFF wax strip in opposite direction of hair growth. Keep your hand as close to the skin as possible. If the strip is peeled too slowly, wax will remain on skin and hair will not come off. Immediately apply firm pressure to the waxed area with fingertips or the palm of your hand to reduce reddening.
