Answer:	Not sure. These don’t work with my rotary cutter at all. I have never seen a cutter that fits these blades, so they very well may work with a scrapbook cutter.

I use mine for trimming photo and laser printed paper with some poster board on occasion. Nice cutter I have no complaints, great customer service.
