Since the skin in these areas is much more sensitive than that on the legs, and also since home IPL machines don't have a cooling mechanism attached to the light to reduce discomfort, I recommend using only the lowest setting. The sting I feel with each flash is about the same as with the professional device used in my dermatologist's office.3. I recommend starting in an area where the skin is a little thicker (such as around the jawline) and proceeding slowly toward the most sensitive skin on the front of the neck, so that in case you find it's too uncomfortable to use in this area, you don't hurt yourself too much in the process. Answer:	No. It does not work on blonde hair. It's also not great on dark, course hair. The best results are on dark fine/medium hair.

It is about if the switch provides emulation (with null input) to the disconnected pc. If a switch provides emulation, the computers will never see the devices as disconnecting/reconnecting, when you are on the other pc, they will think it is connected, but get no input.
