Answer:	I would try to contact Conair, or search ebay... even if you can't find the cord alone, I got my last epilator on Ebay for $20 total, new in the box. I will tell you this: I used the wrong cord to charge my original one, and it totally melted the plastic body, rendering the on/off switch unusable. I have no idea what the voltage is, but definitely use ONLY the Conair cord!

Answer:	It hurts at first. My tip for making the first use easier is to let your hair grow a little while, then get your legs waxed. The first epilation hurts about as much as waxing, but waxing is over in a few minutes and gets all the hair at once. Then as the hair grows back, you epilate. You can do it every day, every few days, whatever works for you. Because hairs all have their own growth cycle, not all the hair will grow back at the same time, so when you see some hairs, take 30 seconds and epilate them. Don't wait until your legs are hairy again, like you have to do for waxing. When you're only doing a few hairs, you'll hardly feel it and it's easier to get them all. Over time, less and less hair will grow back, and when it does, it doesn't feel stubbly like when you shave.

Question:	How well does the actual shaver work on this packaged system
Answer:	This actually doesn't even come with the facial epilator. It just comes with epilator itself with its 2 heads, a brush, a charger and a bag. You can buy the facial epilator separately where you can find it on amazon somewhere. There was actually the kit with the facial one but for now if you want, you can get the facial one where they sell it separately. It's a small one. I hope I could help.
Question:	what is the best skin softener to use after epilating on face
Answer:	I have had Braun epilators for over 5 years now and it gets used almost daily. I have found that I need to replace it every 1-2 years but I find that to be still much more cost effective and less messy than waxing and much more efficient than shaving.
Question:	Do men use these? And how bad is the pain
Answer:	I use it from lip to toe with just the basic white adapter. The most important thing is to be able to stretch out and pull the skin taught so there are no pinches. I brace a hand up high on the wall next to my bathroom mirror to stretch the skin, then epilate with the other hand. This way, I am leaned close to the wall mirror and can use it as a basic guide. The built-in light is SUPER useful for underarms. I love this thing. I'll never go back to a razor.
Question:	Will it work in a 220 power network
Answer:	Yep. I'm a swimmer, so bikini was my primary interest when I got it, but I use it from lip to toe with just the basic white adapter now. Start with your legs so you can learn the mechanics before you get to the bikini area. For bikini, the most important thing is to stretch out comfortably (I lay on my bed in frog pose) and pull the skin taught so there are no pinches. This also lessens the epilation pain dramatically. Bikini is more sensitive than the rest, so maintenance is key. It gets easier and less painful super fast. I did it in stages the first time, bringing the bikini line narrower by maybe 1/4 inch at a time, spaced out over two weeks. For me it helped to roll from the thigh inward just until I barely reached a new area (YOU'LL KNOW), and then roll back in the opposite direction of the growth for greater removal -- I think it helped diminish the sensation from pain to minor discomfort. I love this thing. You get used to it very quickly. I'll never go back to a razor or removal cream.

Answer:	Yes, it does. It's a slow process, and if the hair is too long, it will probably cut it first and then pull it. But it definitely pulls the hair from the root.

Answer:	I don't know what dual voltage is. But I can tell you you plug it in to charge it. And I only used it in the shower. It just said if you take it in the bath don't keep it under water

Answer:	The voltage of the epilator is dual, 100-240, so you should be able to use it outside the us. In Europe or South America you might need a plug adapter.

Answer:	NO, it does not. It is ONLY an epilator and exfoliating brush. You could probably purchase the shaving head separately, but you shouldn't have to shave if you are epilating.

Total Running Times: 8 minutes

1. Hold the thread, with dial facing downward

2. Insert one bead into the channel at the end of the left handle and run the thread from the outside inwards. Make sure the bead is fitted securely in the groove.

3. Pull the thread along the left handle and into the channel at the end of the same side.

4. Simply hook the thread through the eyelet at the rear of the defeatherer and out through the channel on the outside of the handle.

5/6. Pull the thread along the length of the right handle and twist the thread four to five times around itself.

7/8. After twisting the thread around itself, run thread through the channel at the front end of the right handle from the inside outwards and make sure, once again, that the bead fits securely in its groove.

9. Open and close one time by pressing the remover handle.

10. Your facial hair remover works best with a taut thread, so check the tightness of the thread by applying light pressure with your finger.

If the thread tension is not firm to the touch, turn the dial on top clockwise to tighten it.
