Answer:	No, it just turns off when the water gets too low.

Answer:	I use mine at night and it runs for about 10-12 hours. It turns off by itself and it is usually because there is no water left in the reservoir. Blink the light? Answer:	I have only used it for facial hair, but I understand that it can be used on other body parts. It's very strong, so I leave it on my face for two minutes or less. The directions indicate that it can be used on scalp, face, neck, chest, back, arms, underarms, LEGS and bikini area. A Hair No More spray inhibitor or gel is recommended to retard regrowth, but that doesn't work for me. I've used this product for years.
