Regardless, I didn't use this product because it did not provide the moisture I needed for my face. I went back to using NutriBiotic Face Creme, which does not seem to have peptides. Question:	is this heavy? I have combo/oily skin and I'm still in school so I workout during the day. would you recommend this or a compact foundation
Answer:	I have the same kind of delicate skin type, (combo/oily) and I would recommend this product to you, as long as you put some kind of powder foundation over it to help it stay in place. A couple of dabs from this BB cream should do, so it shouldn't be too heavy or cakey. I did workout with this foundation on and I didn't have any problems with it. The only thing I did struggle with this product was that if the weather was too warm, it would wear off quickly. By the end of a hot day, I would have little to no foundation left on my face.I hope this helps and good luck! :)

Answer:	I'm super super white/pale and I use the light.

Answer:	Essentially they're kind of the same. BB creams are marketed as a light foundation with some skin benefits while CC creams are marketed to target redness and discolouration (hence being Colour Correction creams). CC creams tend to be a bit lighter though. But people use them interchangeably since they are more or less giving you the same effect. Just a step up from tinted moisturisers.
Question:	what / how is the best way to match this product to my skin color
Answer:	The BB Cream actually does a fairly amazing job of blending to your skin tone and is very sheer. I use the medium tint in winter and the medium/deep in summer when I have a tan or when I want to give myself the appearance of a bit of a tan. When in doubt, I would suggest going slightly darker than slightly lighter. Also, give the BB Cream a few minutes to "set" before you judge what it's doing -- it always looks amazing from about 5 minutes after I apply it through the rest of the day, regardless of what I think while I'm applying it. (BTW, I'm an olive-y skinned white person.)
