Answer:	In short, I have been completely satisfied with this set, but I now only use the actual razor.Nothing has ever broken on it, and all of the items appeared as promised. The brush feels good, the soap works, everything looks attractive and manly. :)Now, the reason I only use the razor is because my facial hair just didn't seem to work well with the soap provided. I have dark, thick facial hair, so maybe the soap is designed for a different type of person. I've found that Gillette shave gel works just fine, and I still LOVE using the razor that came with this. You only have to switch the blade out every few weeks (and that's shaving nearly every day), and you can get the blades anywhere: online, Walmart, drug store, etc. They are just generic double-sided razor blades and they are a fraction of the cost of normal blades.Hope that helps!

Answer:	No it is not. The perfecto is a "pure badger" brush. There are several grades of badger knots (the collection of bristles in the handle) pure, best, super, silver tip, etc. Silver tip knots alone, without the handle, cost several times what this brush costs. That doesn't mean this isn't a good shaving brush though.
Question:	Can this be used by a woman
Answer:	A genuine badger hair brush will do better at lathering/lifting hairs/exfoliating no matter what kind of hair it is. Just make sure you use a proper cream or soap, not aerosol, chemical-filled garbage. This brush must be used with proper product. RazoRock, Taylor of Old Bond Street, and Proraso are examples of companies that make excellent creams and soaps.

Answer:	I clean the brush in hot soapy water, then take a towel and lightly pat dry it. I use 70% isopropyl alcohol in a bowl, about 2-3 tablespoons. I then whisk the bristles in the bowl for about 30 seconds and then remove the excess by tapping it on the side of the bowl. Finally I let it air dry.

Answer:	The brush is a superior brush, i use it with a shave soap .... i think the advertising means it "can be used" with cream or soap. I have used this type with both cream and soaps.... This is a great quality brush, really love this item i have had it a few months and its just superior

Answer:	Hi contact the supplier/maker, have had mine for 5 months with no sign of any hair loss
Question:	After a couple of years of ownership, the handle came off. How do I glue it back inside the handle
Answer:	I have not had the problem with this brush but I did with another brush from a different manufacturer. I should have returned it but it was too much hassle so i wavered between hot glue and 5 minute epoxy. I finally went with the epoxy and it worked fine. But you might want to contact Parker Safety Razor and see if they have a remedy. They seem like good folks.
Question:	What size stand will I need if I but this brush? I prefer to have a chrome stand and not use the one provided. I want to be sure I get one with a wide enough opening to accomodate this handle. thank you
Answer:	The handle is of universal size, so just about any stand will work with it. I specifically bought The Colonel Conk model 775 razor and brush stand (item #B001XURHNY here on Amazon) for around $20. It works great.

Answer:	Not so far. I double rinse it well after each use, wipe handle then hang to dry. The LOGO is fading though.
