Question:	You shipped me the wrong item. You sent a new hydro razor with blades. Not what I ordered
Answer:	What did they order? If something way different maybe they did get the wrong item.
Question:	Does hair get stuck in the razor with there being (5) blades so tight together
Answer:	I've used 5 bladed razors for years. All that is necessary is to rinse in the sink or shower from the back of the razor. No need to take the blade head off.
Question:	why doesnt packaging state the brand
Answer:	The back of the razors should say Hydro5. All of mine do. If not they might not be original brand
Question:	Some have reported getting counterfeit items. Can reviews list the name of the seller so we know the good from the bad
Answer:	The blades I received yesterday (April 2020) are counterfeit. I reported this to Amazon and just submitted a review stating this. I also have photos showing my last two blades I bought at a local store and the fake ones Amazon delivered yesterday. Somehow the "add photo" button was not available, which is weird.

Answer:	Hello, When you are putting on a new blade, the button does not need to be pressed. Press firmly against the back of the cartridge in the holder, making sure that the black button is facing the top rear of the Green strip. Once locked in place, slide the cartridge out. If a cartridge is outside of the case, hold the blade between your fingers carefully and press against the journal arms to lock. Once finished with a blade, press the button forward to remove the blade.

Answer:	Aww,i'm sorry,sweety. I didn't wind up purchasing this hoodie,so i cannot answer your question,although it is a good question because its' hue doesnt appear red at all but coral and the like.
Question:	Are these blades made in Germany or China
Answer:	Yes it will shrink if you're not careful. Anything with 50% cotton or more is highly prone to shrinking. So just wash on cool to warm but not hot, also the dryer is what really gets clothes! Don't put it on full heat if you toss it in, if you have a no heat/air dry setting that's best if not just the lowest heat possible, I recommend. I always expect cotton to shrink so I size up (if it already runs small) or just try to not use a lot of heat on it. :)
