Answer:	It works fine. You would have to shave very aggressively to harm yourself. The previous models would cut you.

Answer:	This shaver is the best in the ball area. I've owned the older version of this for a couple years until the battery couldn't go anymore. This shaver doesn't snag at all. You can go across the skinny even when it's at it's flabbiest and not get a snag. I highly recommend this product for the sack. Works good for butt hairs too.
