Answer:	For my nearly 70 year-old eyes, the improved lcd and especially the ev were worth it. I've been shooting an fz200 for a couple of years, really like it. But I'm almost shooting outside, nature photos, and especially while kayaking. LOTS of sun/glare, and the lcd was almost useless. The EV on the 200 is acceptable, but small and sometimes difficult to get right to the eye. The 300's lcd still won't stand up to very bright conditions, but the EV is far better. I also find the top dial control a substantial improvement on the back dial on the 200, which was tricky to handle with the left thumb, which is what it's positioned for. Pushing the back dial was the way to switch back and forth from aperture/shutter control and exposure compensation; the 300 has a separate function button for EC control. I'm very pleased with the improvements, and they were worth the money for me.

Answer:	No, because the Clipper has to 2mm worth of built-in cutting lengths. So if you put this guard on and have the cutting edge has been set to 0.5, you will be at 4mm. If you slide the built-in cutting length to 2.5, you will be at 6mm using this guard. Make sense?
Question:	How is it for shaving your taint and hairy ball sack
Answer:	Notice the 5 degrees tuneable blade on the trimmer itself. It allows you to set the length from 0.5 to 2.5 (it means it has a 2mm range) so when you put the guard 7-9mm and set the trimmer on 0.5, it will cut 7mm. And for instance if you change the dial to 2.5mm, it will cut 9mm. It means you have a wide variety of selections.

Question:	What are the hair cutting guard lengths
Answer:	OK everybody, get our your rulers with inches on one side and metric on the other side. Looks like 7mm is just a hair over 1/4 ", so 9/32 is probably correct. 12mm looks a hair under 1/2", so I think 15/32. The typo is the 1 is missing from 15 in 15/32.
Question:	What are the voltage ratings for this trimmer
Answer:	Voltage 110v or 100v? I use 110v. Please need to confirm before buying.
Question:	can you use this for hair
Answer:	The question is referring to trimming the head hair (medium/heavy duty), as opposed to just facial hair (light/medium duty). Yes, this can be used to trim the hair on your head. I have one and I use it for that. In fact, that's the safest place to use it because if you're not careful, it'll draw blood on your neck/face should you let the cutting tines press against your flesh at too high an angle.

Answer:	Use the guards! I’m assuming you’re asking about a trim rather than a shave down. Trim with the guards on to shorten the hair and use a razor to shave it to a clean finish. People who don’t use the guards are doing it all wrong! Who the heck uses clippers straight up on skin like that. If you did, you deserved to get nicked.

Answer:	You definitely can. It's save and quit. The only limitation in my point of view is the that the shortest you can cut hair with the attachment is about 3mm. I do not know how important this is for you, though.
