Answer:	I've never used any Shaveworks product, but I've used a lot of other products to get rid of ingrown hair issue and after using Tend Skin the first time my problems are gone, COMPLETELY! What I did before trying this was grow out all my facial hair, don't tweeze and so there were no bumps because I haven't shaved in a while. I believe this will damage the jaws as they are harder than than the steel used to make the pliers.

Answer:	I have been using this product for over two+ years now and it's always in a liquid form. it gets thicker/sticky around the surface of the bottle when the liquid dries around the top of the container. can be easily avoided by cleaning the top of the bottle after each use.

Answer:	I do not moisturize. I shave in the shower and use the product when I step out of the shower. As for me, the critical point is to use the product while your face is still wet.
