Answer:	No it did not come with a case.
Question:	Is one gun for liner one for shader ? Or all 4 of them work for both
Answer:	You can tune them for either if you need too, I ended up buying welker machine

Answer:	Hello, friend, Generally, it depends on the working voltage, and it could last 3~4 hours, so here put 2 batteries for each kit so that you can use one for work, one for the charge.
Question:	Can u refund on one of the guns
Answer:	You can adjust how much the needles protrude by turning the forward part of the machine. The black band is where it can turn. Mine was on tight when it was delivered. The spec says it adjust from 0 to 4.5 mm.
Question:	Do you have to be 18 to order this item
Answer:	Each kit has stencils.

Answer:	Not recommended for allergic patients people.

Answer:	10 wraps ,you can try it ,powerful and working so good .
Question:	Didnt come with gun
Answer:	Yes it has the fake skin but it for real sucks. I tried it out just to see what its about and its no good... Its nothing lije real skin. You have to push sooo hard to get the ink in it. I did a whole tattoo on it just to see what it would do and if u were to tattoo like you do on the fake skin, you would make their tattoo look really bad and scar them bad. And i love this kit! Everything else that comes in it is awesome!! Although there were problems with my shader gun but i fixed the problem.
Question:	this machine doesn’t fit the grips you sent. theres no way to use machine. how do i return product for refund
Answer:	No they are coil machines, the pictures show everything the kit comes with
Question:	When I hook it up to the power box it vibrates but the needle isn’t moving what do I do to get it to move
