Some phlebotomy schools use these arms over and over during their training sessions. At the end of the day - even the best of arms will start leaking. Trust it helps! |

I would suggest using the 18g or 20g to pierce and make sure your jewelry is the same size and after piercing you remove the needle and the hollow catheter tube stays in place which allows you to easily thread the jewelry through. |
