| Answer: | I googled in more detail and here is what I found. There are two forms of Propanediol which is listed as the first ingredient of the product. The first form, propylene glycol, is hazardous. The second form, Propanediol (same name), is not. Those two form are different in chemical properties and, hence, have different effects. (See detail below.) I am not sure which one is used in this product. Just wanted to point out that it is possible the product used the second form of Propanediol and may not be hazardous.
