Answer:	Depends on the day and clothing you're wearing. With breathable fabrics, I last all day with cycling to work. With the clingier less breathable fabrics, I definitely need a reapply during the day. But the formula is so smooth and thin, I doesn't cake and any smell is immediately gone...and not in a 'just covering it with perfume' way. The smell genuinely dissipates.

Answer:	I soaked in antibacterial dawn, water and a tablespoon of bleach. Let sit for an hour and wash. Then re-freeze. (Note: I put them in a ziplock bag while they froze that way they wouldn’t be touching food boxes and etc..)

Answer:	We all generate body heat. Remember, this is the body cavity our moms took our temperature when we were little. So, some of us will generate more heat than others. That being said, the directions say keep in place for 20 mins. Of course its ice cold, and a little uncomfortable, the first 5 or so minutes, but it stays plenty cool for the remaining time. Unlike the response above, I don't think this gel pack is a waste of money. It does what it says, reduce the swelling and numbs the pain...at least momentarily. You really have to use it at minimum a few times a day to get long lasting relief. I've been dealing with hemorrhoid for 5+ years and I'm glad I finally discovered these gel pads.

Answer:	No they are different, the deodorant spray is dryer and smells different but you cannot use it as deodorant the other one smells fresher.

Answer:	The ingredient list is tiny! I had to hunt down a magnifying glass!Did not see baking soda or coconut oil, but plenty of chemicals if you are worried about sensitive skin. Try Scmidts(online). They have a sensitive skin line, without baking soda, that I use now. It's fantastic!
